odd noise power steering

hi guys I just changed the water pump in my 1995 nissan sentra and had to pull the reservoir and i refilled it and now it makes a whirring noise air in the lines?

odd whirring noise coming from where? the water pump? reservoir? your title says "odd noise power steering" so is it coming from power steering?

its coming from power steering it does it worse when i turn and the pupm has to work. it almost like air in the lines

Since you had to remove the reservoir, it is most likely air in the lines. It should work itself out over time. Turning the steering wheel lock-to-lock will also help work it out.

yeah, sounds like air in the lines. however, are there any clicks or knocks when turning from wheel-lock to wheel-lock?

not that ive noticed im pretty sure its air because it didnt do it before i removed the reservoir

It was a small tear in the power steering line I changed the line and worked the air out and its fine the turd is rolling again. /=H=/
