how fast is this car

hey waz-up well my friend just bought a 1996 200sx se 5-speed with short ram intake and headers and i was wondering how fast is it on the 0-60 and 1/4 mile....... thanx oh and how much horsepower is it stock and now with the mods....lates

It depends on how he drives.. 16.9-17.3 Is what most run. HP difference is probibly between 5+8 gained. There are so many different factory and on any given day it will fluctuate. I have had mine in the 16.3, But lately it hovers right at a 16.4.
