where to get manual transmissions for b14??

does anybody know a good place where I can find one? or just look at prices? Also does anyone know if a P10 G20 tranny will fit into a 200sx?

look on car-part.com for a junkyard tranny, thats what I did. as for a g20 trans, I used a Primera tranny with my det once, i blew it up very fast, about 300 miles, but i had to get g20 axels, I assume you will also need to get custom axels, and a diffrent clutch for a weaker trans, stick with the SE-R unit

The guy on my team that did a GA to DET swap used a G20t tranny from a newer G20. It has factory LSD.
He's put quite a few miles on it (daily driven and 1/4 mile track racing), with no tranny issues.

Oh shite, thanx alot man, that website rox. Wish I would have known about it back when just about every problem that can go wrong with a G20 went wrong...and I got it all fixed for alot of money...3 weeks before I totaled it...new windshield, new water pump, timing belt, radiator, alternator, and power steering pressure hose, all replaced 3 weeks before i destroyed it all...boy that sucked. Oh well life goes on, and I love my lil b14! "its cute" haha.
