200sx SE or Base

Is it harder to swap in a FWD SR20DET motor into a 200sx that didnt start with the NA sr20?? I am undecided...200sx or 240sx. I like the body style of the 200sx better, but I was quoted 900 to get the sr20det fully installed in a 240. If the price jumps higher because a 200sx didnt start with the sr20, then I will go with the 240

If it's cheaper with the 240sx, go with the 240sx. You'll get better handling and more traction with the RWD anyways...so it's worth it.

the se is base technicaly, its a GE engine, the se-r is the 200sx with the sr engine not the se, there are ALOTA 240s 200s are less likly to have a swap (don't quote me ppl), it is quite a bit harder to change the ge, if ur usin the 200sx, u should get the se-r with the sr-20 already in it, even if ur taking it out, with the se or any model with a ge u neta change motor mounts, tranny, ecu, harness... with the se-r u use the same harness, ecu, mounts, u get better brakes to start with and u use the same trany on the sr20de..... plz PM or ask if u have any ques.
