Well guys, i've had my 1996 sentra for over a year, and it's had problems the whole time. I'll start with the most common problem, every once in a while when i at a stop light or a stop sign and i start to go from a dead stop it starts to studder it goes va-va-va-va-va-va-va-va-and while my foot is on the floor then it will catch and rev regularly. usually when this happens the engine light comes on and it says MAF or VAF circuit malfunction. ok i have that problem and more recently when i'm at a stop the car will start to idle really low and stall, this use to just happen in the summer when i had the AC on, but it's been doing it for a few days, also when it stalls like this it's usually pretty hard to get it started again.thanks in advance guys, i just got a new job working for the LIRR and unforunately i have to drive 100 plus miles a day, i really need for my car to be reliable, i'm gonna get a new car soon but in the mean time i have to fix this one, thanks in advanced guys :-)

I am positive to say it's your IACV got junked up.Use carb cleaner to clean it real good and you are good to go.

well first off my icv didn't look anything like that, but i found it took it apart and cleaned it out and it seemed to be running fine for a while, but it's back stalling again......you guys think i should buy a new one and see if that works?
