I had to replace the clutch in my B14, im assuming you have the US FWD model, so all I have to say is it WILL take a while if your unexperienced. I was unexperienced before, and its not as easy to replace the clutch on a FWD vehicle. You have to take the transaxle down, take the front left tire off, do a bunch of time consuming stuff. Also, the least I could find someone to replace the clutch for me was like $550 and that was through a friend. They said they are pain in the asses. Ive had quotes between $550-$1150. Goodluck, get a Hayes repair manual that will help alot.

i did my own clutch and the only tedious part is taking the axles off. pretty much, everything is straight forward. do take some notes on where the bell housing bolts go because they have different lengths. i posted a complete write-up on another site, but that one got closed already. you might also consider replacing the clutch cable as well.
as for what brand, OE works for lightly modified vehicles. heavier pressure plates are recommended when you put serious power down.

Also there is a hidden bolt towards the firewall near the rear mount.
Watch the bolt lengths as they are different as mentioned above.
the trans case is injection molded Aluminum and very brittle, i purchased some longer bolts after the originals pulled a few turns of thread out, so be careful that you have enough thread engagement before you crank on them.
