Ok here's what happened: I was running a few errands and had to make a stop at the bank. Parked the car and was only gone for about five minutes. I get back, go to turn the ignition and the car wouldn't start. Radio came on and lights worked, just wouldn't turn. Waited about an hour, turned the key and THEN it started. I'm thinking the Starter is going out but I'm just wondering if anyone has had the same problem. Maybe there's something I'm missing that I can fix ahead of time?

Yeah, the solenoid in the starter is beginning to fail so you better go ahead and plan to replace it (starter, you can't really replace the solenoid). Sometimes when it won't start, tapping on it with a hammer will do the trick. Could buy you some time before replacement or help you out of a sticky situation.
ok so i know alot about the stupid starters on these, had alot of trouble my self and rebuilt a few of them, so ya every one is right, the starter, now the only way to determin what is is in the starter is to remove it( this is very simple for the average person, pull the battery and the intake tube and its only 2 bolts and the power wire) after you get the starter out you can remove the end cap or the solinoid, these starters are very simple and every thing can only go in one particulare spot so dont be scared, more than likly i would say the brushes are bad, (you can determin this by looking for a short brush or uneven wear between them) in this case you may be able to buy a brush kit, and make sure to clean the commutator ,(the bronze lookin thing) and if this is not right chek the solinoid

the hammer trick is for a sticking brush, it wouldn't help much with an overheated/dying solenoid, though it is a good trick to remember.
