96 Sentra has rust problems.. use Rust Fix spray??
96 Sentra I just bought has rust problems. There are 2 big rust spots above rear tires, and I'll grind/sand these out, then repaint over them.
But underneath the car there's a lot more rust on any unpainted steel/iron components.
I'll wash the car often from now on but to prevent further oxidation, can I buy a can of Duplicolor Rust Fix spray and liberally spray this stuff all over the underbody? I think this is like phosphoric acid which turns rust into black stuff..
