Hub-centric means that the wheel is centered on the hub by the hub itself.
That number is the size hole in the middle of the rim, in this case, 73, meaning it's a 73mm hole. Your hub will likely be around 66.1 mm or something to that effect (Make sure it's the right size first!).
This means you need to get some centering rings for them to work. No big issue, unless you run them without them.
This is the way MANY aftermarket wheels are made, so they can just swap rings to fit different cars instead of having each wheel only fitting one car.
I would be sure to ask them if they come with them or not. I got mine from discounttiredirect and they included the rings. If not, Other places will have them. Ebay has some for example

As you see they come in many sizes so you need to be sure. I don't know if those polycarbonite rings are good or not, but I'd rather have metal rings myself.
