I've worked on a diff car with that stuff it's no good. It sags, changes shape, it's hard to connect to a flange without having leaks and it does come apart. Stick with bolt-on portions for your exhaust. It makes the whole job so much easier when you want to service your exhaust.

I'd say no. A buddy of mine tried that stuff, was crap. Hard to work with. Like mentioned, stick with bolt-ons. Hard piping is the way to go.

Thanks for the replies guys. I'm looking to get a cat back system that has a nice deep sound certainly not a Honda sound. I know about stromung but I don’t want to spend that kind of money on an exhaust even if it is the best. I know pace setter rusts in 2 years, so I'm pretty much down to a custom one. The only part I am having trouble on deciding on is the muffler itself. I want a nice deep sound as previously stated, a removable silencer would be a huge plus but not required. So with that info in mind what do you think would be the best option?
A can style muffler? A muffler such as flowmaster or dynomax or flowtech etc...?

Also someone told me to just use a glass pack for a muffler but so I’m not so sure that would work out to well any info on that would be a great help.

Also I was looking at one of those cutout sections that you can open and close from inside the car so you can switch between straight pipes and full exhaust...are there any side affects of running it without the muffler and possibly the cat if at the track? I would think that would damage the valves in someway after a long period of use but that’s just a thought.

Thanks guys
