Unhappy Yet another wiring/electrical question

OK, so I found what I was looking for to answer my AC problem (thanks wes).

Now here's another problem I need to figure out how to fix:

I KNOW this is definitely some wiring issue - which was not a problem until I had the alternator replaced. When I picked up my car after getting a new alternator - the 3rd parking brake light stays on constantly.....then when you hit the brakes, the turn signal lights go on (not blinking, just steady) with the brake lights. I didnt realize this until a few days after the fact when my boyfriend pointed it out. Not sure if I'm even explaining the problem correctly, but I know this is a wiring issue. It has not affected the performance of the car - I can signal fine....everything else seems to be working fine - I just think these idiots fucked up the wiring when they were putting stuff back together......the obvious solution would be to take the car back and have these guys fix it - but I'm not driving 2 hours back to the place to go do it and wasting time and money on gas......they already ripped me off with the alternator to begin with charging me more than what they should have - but I had no choice because my car broke down so far away from my house and it was the closest shop to where I was stranded.

So if anyone has any ideas of what might be the problem - I'm all ears. I do not think a fuse was blown or anything because all of the lights at least work - they are just a little screwy - could it be possible that stuff was plugged in backwards somehow? If someone could please tell me where to check for this to fix it - and please, do not tell me to do a search.....I already did that and cant seem to find an answer to my question......
I downloaded the FSM, but since I'm not familiar with cars, I dont know where to begin looking in there.....a step by step answer on what to do would help me better......thanks

Thanks!

Funniest thing I ever heard of ....

I'd would just check the wire, and run em down to see if there are any shorts, cross circuitry going on and thats about it ....
