was there a B14 3 door hatch available to the us market? if so could someone post a pic of one.

No never. The Pulsar/Almera (IIRC) was sold overseas but not available to the US. Also the chassis code for those cars, depite being based on the B14, is NOT listed as a B series, it is the N series.
i have an N15 3dr hatch, is there any model in the us thats cross references with this?
No, although some of the B14 parts are interchangable with the N15 parts. Suspension will swap and I am sure brakes will as well, not that you'd need to swap those items. The hood, fenders, bumper core support, and bumper cover are all different, and while they will bolt in place you have to replace everything if you want it to function properly.
