Your o2 sensor is not in your intake. I am assuming that you are talking about the intake air temp sensor (IAT).
You can do two things. Extend the wires of the IAT sensor and drill a hole into your new intake (I am assuming its a WAI) and use a rubber grommet and put the sensor in the new hole.
Or
Just stick the sensor back down the hole in the fender where the silencer is. Just make sure its around the intake so it can get an accurate temperature reading.

or you can let it dangle behind the battery and close to the intake, you can also unplug the sensor, although your cpu might not read correctly, but the car will still run, never ran the car long w/o it, so i dont know how much of a change it will be.

I also bought an Intake and when I went to install it, I noticed that none of the hoses that came with the intake doesn't fit my car.

I bought one of the cheap ones on Ebay, but I'm going to get a much better air filter.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thx

if the hoses dont fit you can go to checkers or napa auto parts and buy intake tubing for like a dollar a foot, which isnt so bad, usually in black. if your really conserned about the sensor issue i suggest you get a drill and under the cone filter there should be a rubber part, drill carefully through and stick the sensor in there, and use a glue gun so it wont pop out. a fast solution to your problem.
