Thinking about changing exhaust?!?

Right now i have an Apex'i univrersal muffler on my 99 sentra GXE, but i live in mass and trying to get an inspection is a bitch!! anuthing that looks aftermarket the will not inspect. just the muffler is loud, but i recently put my HS headers on and this thing screams! i would like to find a set up that is prettyu quiet at idle but sounds good when you get on the throttle! i was thinking about doing a similar set up to the srt-4 with the single muffler to dual tips. Anyone have any ideas, i want something that sounds good and is not too too loud

dont do the srt-4 setup, you will only look like a ricer. Buy the Stromung exhaust. sounds stock at idle and at wot, it sounds really nice. get a resonator on it to.

I have a magnaflow on my 99 se and it's quite at idle and not to loud at WOT, but I don't have an header yet or for that matter a resonator. Also looks fairly stock compared to an N1.

I have a Greddy exhaust for a SER on my B14 and love it! The exhaust note is not intrusive and has a low rumble tone. If I had to do it over again I would go with the stromung cause its catback...hope this helps

i would do a search, cuz it has been posted. the resonator will make your exhaust quieter which you def need one if you are running a header.

I run a stromung but didn't get a resonator. I'm gonna say this GET A RESONATOR.
Without it, it is loud as hell and going at high speeds you can't even hear yourself think. I'm serious, even running at low speeds, all I see is the eyes of the car infront of me, wonder why the hell am i pushing so much.
GET A RESONATOR

stromung is by far the best for your buck and looks stock. I've passed several times, (virginia), and had no problems.
