i took my car to a shop to get it fixed for inspection and he said my timing was set 25 degrees advanced. is he lying to me or can you possibly run it on regular 87 gas without having any problems because i didn't
i don't see why your mechanic would lie about your timing, but he could be wrong.
how hard do you drive? if you put around like a grandma it might not be an issue ,but if you are redlineing it the ecu must be catching it and retarding the timing to a safe setting
