Alright, I'm getting rid of power steering since it's crap anyway and I don't like it when my engine does the work that I am supposed to do I'll have no trouble accessing components because there will be no engine or transmission in the car. Now, I want to know what parts I need to replace. Steering rack is a definite one; tie rods also come out since one has been in an accident and the other other one has been there for 200k miles so it needs to go as well. What parts of steering column do I need to replace? Also, air bag is not a necessity; are there any nice inexpensive replacement steering wheels that I can get instead? Pulsar wheel looks real nice but I don't know if it'll fit

OK, scrap the original intention - found some good info on this. Manual steering + being offroad = bad idea. Plus I'll need some kind of an idler pulley in the rear to keep water pump belt tight. And I have an evershortening budget anyway.
Already got a 240sx steering wheel coming in...
Anything I should do to power steering before putting it back together (like seals changed, this/that cleaned/checked, etc)? Recommended refill fluid?
