Biggest speaker size with original grills in back

whats the biggest speaker size i can go in the back with using the original grills?

what about the front?

i cant find an exact answer in the search.

you can go 6.5" in the front, some minor trimming of the backside of the door panel may be required depending on what speakers you get.

dont know about the backs, but IMO you dont want to put backs in anyway because they screw up the sound stage.

i've got 6 1/2" in the back they fit fine with no trimming, still using factory grills. i heard 6 3/4" can fit with little trimming.

I got 6.5 inch pioneer's in the doors and had to cut the trunk frame and bend it a bit to fit the 6x9's in the rear deck.

6 1/2" component in the front doors.... you don't want them too deep 2 1/2" max... 6X9's aren't made for Nissans stick with round speakers. If you want a nice sound from your rear deck get a sub and an amp and remove the factory speakers.

I have 6.5 400 pyramids in the front and 800 watt pyramids surface mounts in the back.Also have 600 watt super tweeters hooked to each with a 400 watt 8 in sub in the trunk.Stereo is a pioneer deh-16 less than 200 tied up in it all.Go ebay!
