where is the starter on a 92 se-r its not in the same place as on my 94 se?

Different engines. It's underneath the intake manifold on the driver's side.

yea meng , pain in the arse, jack the car up really high and slide under there and its tucked under there under the intake like bahearn said

wow, my starter just died today and i was about to start a thread asking where the damn thing is...but now i dont have too! but how much does a new starter cost?

it started fine, then i realized i forgot something so i turned my car off and ran inside. then i came out and my car went "click"...no "Vroom" uh oh. i mad sure it was the starter by getting some friends together and push starting that sumbitch, and what do ya know? it started right up! but it wont start under its own power, pooey.

now the main question is do i have a mechanic do it or do it myself? im thinking mechanic, i dont have time for this.
