I believe a guy on SR20Forums has a stripped SE-R down to just under 2000 pounds, but he took it about as far as you can go, drilling out metal and shit like that. So you can get your car under 2000 pounds for sure, but you'd have to give up damn near everything, to the point that it wouldn't really be a street car anymore.
