Question BWAAHAHAHA The PeaNutb13 won't start!

Just last night I was saying to a co-worker "How many times do you think this car has been started in 11 years and 211,000 miles?"

So today I jump in and turn the key ... nothing.... again...nothing.

Lights are there and I have 12 volts at the battery and the starter won't even click.

Before I pull the starter because that looks like a real pain in the ass I want to check the Neutral safty switch first.

I hope it's not the NSS that bitch is $$$ and so is the Starter switch $$

Well wish me luck

Send a message via AIM to ricerboy17
try bypassing the safty switch somehow, i know you can do it because some alarms require it

Yea I jumped the starter and it worked once and then nothing. I got a reman from work. man what a pain to get to. I can't believe how much crap is in the way. I am comparing the old OEM and the new reman right now. the nose looks fine but the body is smaller on the reman. I am going to test the old first before i install the new one with my jump pack and see if it still good.

WHOOO HAAAA ! PeaNutB13 breathes fire! Well not really but she starts up, it turned out to be the starter after all.

I have a question tho do I have to put the bracket that connevcts to the IM and block back on? what pourpose does that thing serve.
