Any check engine light??? If so pull the codes and see where that leads.... A coolant temp sensor is one of several things tha could cause this. A faulty CTS will read the temp at like -35 degrees and give enough fuel for a -35 start. This is the choke on Fuel injected cars. But if its actually 35 and not -35degrees You get ALOT more fuel than you need, ANd thus Flood the engine. But like I said this is one of several things it could be....
