Question SE-R muffler on a GA....

It will bolt right up, correct? I would think that the SE-R piping is larger than the GA and that it wouldn't fit, but I think I read it will bolt right up but I want to make sure as my muffler just went out.
Or is it ridiculous to expect any gains with the SE-R muffler on a measly GA?

maybe 2-3 hp... not extremely useful unless you replace the headers, too... stock SE-R piping is near optimal for the GA at 1 7/8 (compared to the 1 1/2 of the GA)...get everything from the catalytic converter to the muffler, then get headers... with this, you might be getting 10-15hp, not bad...

The se-r muffler bolts right on, it's less restrictive and flows better than the ga muffler. This is a nice cheap mod to get a couple more hp plus it's quiet to boot. If i was you i would get the se-r b-pipe also, this way you get the full benefits from your exhaust...

I want a new original SE-R muffler to replace my 129K muff. I like th sound of the muffler with just the open air filter element. Very addictive revving above 4000rpm and very relaxing below 4000rpm.

Do it bro, both oem 1.6 & se-r exhaust systems run about the same price. Might as well get the one that will give you a few more hp...
