A/C compressor bad?

Recently I refilled my empty a/c system with r134a recharge kit from autozone.
there where 3 bottles and they were all mixed with 134a ,oil,and stop leak.

My A/C ran perfect for 13 days at 45 to 50 degrees with only minor belt sqeal every once and a while.

Unfortunatly its not blowing cold anymore and I spotted the culprit right before it quit working.

You see all my r134a blew out of the center of a bolt on the a/c compressor this side of the radiator.
The bolt(which is a 5/8") looked like it has a diaphragm in the center of it.
It wasn't a leak it was like it had to much pressure on it and it was just going to blow it off. But its like it did't stop when it was depressurizing.

Do any of you know what this could be?
Is my compressor bad?
Can you get it rebuilt if so?

How come you guys can never anwser a A/C question?
Guess its way to complicated for ya.

OK guys your not help'in me out . An A/C tech told me today with out even looking at the car it was gonna be 490.00 dollars. He said it was a clog in the evaporater and drier.
That sound like a awful expensive guess to me.
