I spoke to a tech at catco today. Most companies list a 1991-1995 1.6L direct fit catco cat. However, the direct fit cat has the o2 sensor bung hole in the cat itself. Only 2.0's have an o2 sensor in the cat. I asked him if I would be able to plug up the hole. He said yes. However, they dont make anything like this. He said its a 12mm x 1.25" thread. Any ideas on what I can do besides plugging it up with an o2 sensor that isnt connected?. I noticed on my new hotshot hedders that they supply a plug for those of us who do not have an 02 sensor on the down pipe. I was thinking of calling hotshots and getting another one to see if it'll work on the direct fir cat. I dont want another universal cat. I want everything bolted on right, no pieces.

Did you try RANDOM TECHNOLGY they sell high flow cats 2, I have one on my 91 SE-R theres no o2 holes in it try them.

same thing as a catco just $75 more. I think I will just get the cat from catco through summit for $115....The funny thing is, the catco tech gave me a different part number than summit and other companies have listed on their site. I will have to give them a call back.
