Well I can say I finally heard an SR powered sentra run firsthand last night. We bought this car having minus a connecting rod from a small town bank. We've just finished tucking the JDM SR in from Soshen. And finally got to hear it run. It ran great for about a minute and then developed a miss. The car has been sitting a a little over a year so I suspect old gas. We checked the spark a each Cyl. Good spark. Check the ohms on each injector. All good. I thinks its the gas but I'm open to suggestions and encouragement. This is my first engine swap so chime in.

i think you might be right with the bad gas.. i did a m otor on an rx-7 and on a turbo laser, both cars been siiting for atleast 2 years.. start it up on the old gas, the cars would bearly run and hard start all the time .. drain the tank and put fresh gas.. just like brand new...
