Will PS Header pass Emissions in Canada?

I called Pacesetter today and they told me there headers are NOT 50state legal in the states. They said they have no idea if it will pass emissions in Canada.

Would you say this will pass or should I stay away from installing a header?

Your car should have no trouble passing emissions with a header.

My NX2000 with a header, intake, exhaust and aggressive cams passed emissions here in Ontario just fine.

You can always move to Newfoundland, no emission tests here...not enough people to worry about pollution, especially since any would blow out into the Atlantic ocean.
With that aside, if you have the proper Catalytic converters, O2 sensors, etc. then you probably shouldn't have trouble passing emission tests...not speaking from experience here, just an assumption.

Shouldn't, right?

Agreed. If you fail, you probably need a new cat or something. Hint, if you do, don't buy OEM. They're really expensive.
