torque braces

anybody have any experience with torque braces? i'm trying to get away from using solid motor mounts. i want to use the stock mounts to keep vibration minimal, and reduce the stress on them with a torque brace. and also...who makes them?

its up to you to make them...theres none in production...its better to have nice mounts anyways it keeps the tranny and all the other parts in check and away from harmful damage

Get ES inserts, the vibration isn't that bad. Solid mounts are overpriced, not to mention you can make your own fairly inexpensively. Firmer mounts might save your tranny someday if you take a hard launch. But if you don't plan on many mod's or doing any track launches, by all means, keep OEM mounts in. You can always go halfway and just do the front a rear crossmember mounts with ES inserts, those are the only ones that really do anything for torque anyway. Right now I have ES inserts in the front, rear and tranny mounts and I got used to the vibration.

use solid mounts you pussy. it keeps your motor from moving too much so you get better performance out of it. If you really wanted to tune your car you really shouldn't care about vibration.
