235's are too large for the Sentra's. The largest you should go is 205.
Be careful, you get a ruffer ride and you will wear out your struts and other suspension parts.
Sell those tires and go with a 195/205 package with 15" wheels. Anything larger than 16"s will make your car go slower. My 2 cents worth.
