I have been shopping for a shift knob and I just bought a short shifter. I have heard that heaver shift knobs are better than light ones, because the heavy shift knobs make shifts smoother? Does anyone know about or that can help with advice that would be great.

Shift knobs don't weigh enough to affect the shifting of a Sentra.

The shift knob doesn't matter. It just a matter of what you lik and what will fit.
