i just got my se-r registered, inspected, and on the road and I love it but i have only one question. 2nd gear in the car seems to be a bit of a dog in 2nd gear and doesnt really do much until like 5k rpm. but it is a particular problem through 3 - 4 k. Im not sure what it is, any ideas?

You should be just starting to really feel the car pull in that rpm range, not a lag. Check your timing before you do any major looking for problems.

Check your MAF's earth, I had the same problem untull I fixed the earth on the MAF
