I just installed my tach and did it the way they said to and now the car won't start just keeps turning over? Did I hook a wire up wrong? And which one was it? Help please

Without knowing the brand and model of the tach, how they tell you to hook it up, and how you hooked it up and to what....how exactly are we supposed to help you?

It's a ractive tach changes 7 different colours if that helps? If I just unhook the ground the car starts.

the nissan has a common problem... the ground wire for the fuel pump relay needs checking ...
