can anybody tell me if i can get doors for my 1994.5 Nissan sentra LE with manual windows and locks because i have power windows and locks and i want manual because obviously, power everything=more weight, so i want less weight.

Sure, you should be able to find them at a salvage yard. They just won't be LE doors, but that shouldn't matter. They won't be the same color either and the missing trim should save you even more weight.

Sounds like a lot of work and expense to save a few pounds unless you're a serious racer.
