LEDs for the Interior

The interior lighting in the B13s sucks. I like those little things like floor lights and a light inside your ashtray. I have a nice collection of aftermarket bulbs and I found 3 superwhite 194 wedgestyle LEDs. I put 1 behind my autometer voltmeter. I put another 1 for the gear selecter, and the 3rd one in the ceiling lamp. (oem housing burnt up so I spliced in a 194 housing for the LED)

Finally I decide I need some more lighting so I drill a hole in my dash (got to love beaters ). The hole is to the left of the cupholders, I have a 194 housing sticking out of the hole (angled downward) with a 4th dimmer (half working) LED bulb. By the way I did all of this during the downtime at my jobsite . Oh for power, I brought the oem foglight wiring to the interior. Anyone want pics?

What the hell...

Just to give you an idea of the bulbs I have used:

I decided I need light in the backseat, look to the right of the Nissan manual, you'll see a standard 1156 bulb (reverse light).

The switches I use:

The red switch is for the ashtray/console LED, the orange switch is for the "work" light. For anything to work, the headlights must be on and the oem foglight switch must be on.

Soon I will bypass this with a jumper wire, so that the oem foglights can be powered when the parking lights are on (right now they are only powered when the headlights are on). Hope you guys enjoyed the pics.
