climate controls not working properly

A few weeks ago my car was broken into and the bastards ripped out my stereo. They basically tore it out so the was some damage to the center part of the dash. After I got it back from the shop I noticed that my fan only works on the highest setting (the fan symbol). Settings 1-2-3-4 do nothing. Did the guys at the repair shop screw something up? Is there anything I can do about it without having to go back there?

Yep, the blower resistor is located in the passenger side footwell mounted on the outside "wall." You'll need a phillips head #2 and about ten minutes on your back in the footwell to fix it. Obtain the OEM part, remove the old one, put in the new one. The new one may not look like the one you are replacing. Don't worry about it, it just got revised somewhere along the way.

I bought mine from Greg Vogel at Mossy Nissan. You can get hold of Mossy by visiting SR20Forum.com, they are a well-respected forum vendor.

Good luck.
