My diesel sentra has been hard to start ive changed the glow plugs the relays and the G.C.U ,anyone have an idea whats up? it starts up immediatly when its warmed up though any help on this would be appreciated.

I am not real knowledgable on nissan (or any) diesels but I know that some chevy diesels (pre duratec) had some type of chamber in the head can't remember the name but its job was to aid in starting and once they got dirty it was harder to start. Also are you sure that the glow plug curcuit is up to snuff?

Also diesels have much higher compresion ratios making it more work for the starter so you may have a starter that is getting weak.
