fletchfx Sorta-Newbie Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: Harrisburg, PA Posts: 15	Fletchs Ghetto How To Fix Ticking Hydraulic Lifters for CA16/18DE My car was sounding like a diesel VW rabbit and it was driving me nuts. I do not have a couple hundred bucks to spend on new Hydraulic lifters so I decided to try and free mine up to stop them from ticking. So far so good, the car is much quiter then it was and it only took me about 4 hours to complete this job.
