alt wiring question?

does anyone know wires on alt.? someone cut the plug off and i need to know which colors to wich side of plug. its a 90 sentra thanks

My 89 should be the same as your 90. standing in front of the car, looking down at the alternator, the larger White wire is on the side of the plug closest to the engine block. The smaller White wire with a red stripe is closest to the radiator support. Hope this helps.
