Power Steering Belt

I have a 1988 Pulsar XE with the E16i engine. I've never changed a belt on any car I have owned before. The FSM says to just remove the belts, which isn't very helpful. There is no tensioner for the PS belt as far as I can see, so my question is this:

How do you replace the power steering belt on the E16i motor?

Do you have to remove the PS pully, the PS pump, the crank pully, etc? Any tips on this would be helpful.

there should be a tensioner for the PS pump, it's a bolt that's maybe a few inches long, the the more you loosen it the looser the belt gets, it's kinda hard to tell what it is at first but you have one.

No no no... look in the book. It's really quite simple.

My friend who works at Goodyear was over last night and I asked him and he pointed out the tensioner bolt. I think I might just need to tighten the tensioner because the belt is really loose, but while I'm at it I might as well replace the belt.

Thanks for the input.
