What motor can be dropped into a B12

I have a 87 sentra its an auto, its my daily driver..well what motor can be dropped into it with out any major modifications..so that rules out the SR20DE.

none without many mod... even late ga16i would be a pain in the ass an not worth it....

any motor swap isnt easy...

the easiest one you can do... is the same e16 that you got...
wich is probably not worth it either unless it got 300000km or more !!

then go for refreshed on or user 100000-150000km... if your lucky, youll find one about 80000km... (40000miles)

Boostboy and NismoDriver are the engine swap experts around here. Boostboy's got 2 (or 3?) CA18DET powered B12's and NismoDriver dropped and SR20 into his. Nice stuff.

Theres also the Maxima 3.0V6. No ones ever done the swap, but if you can figure out how to cram it in there your officially my new hero...

HybridDET has a SR20DET in his B12. The CA18DE(T) needs the least amount of modifications to make it fit.
