For some reason my windshield wiper stopped working. So I checked the fuse. The fuse was blown. So I replaced it with a new one and the wiper wipped once and then stopped working again. I checked the new fuse and it blew also! A friend of mine says that the wires of the windshield wiper is grounding somewhere. Is that true? Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

you have a short, which means somehow one of your wires is grounding out. I'd check out the wires around the motor and trace back from there. look for broken, frayed etc.

And if that still doesn't work...check the wiper arm and see if it's still attached to the motor. My Sentra has this problem and we need a new clip thingy.
