Hey people!

Well I finally found a car with a 5-speed as a donor for my girlfriends Pulsar. The only question is, how many of you have high miles on your cars? This sentra sport coupe I bought has about 280,000 kms on it, but she said the car drove fine before she blew up the motor. How many more kms should I get out of it before I should rebuild it? When the transmission is on the bench I'm going to chech 5th gear to see if its dead or not. Anyone got any pics of a toasted 5th gear? I suspect that I should just look for common signs of wear... Broken teeth and other such signs...

Since I have a sentra sport coupe here for parts, anyone looking for anything? It is silver with a black interior. If anyone doesn't need anything, I'm going to keep an eye out on the auctions for a write off with a good powertrain to install, the sell the car.
