CAM SPROCKET & CAM SHAFT B-12 GA-16i WHERE?

Hello my friends. I´m peruvian and i´ve a NISSAN SENTRA CHASSIS B-12 with engine GA-16i SOCH, now i´m looking for CAM SPROCKET AND CAM SHAFT for my car. I need this things as soon as possible because i want to improve the aceleration and final speed.
Please if some one know where can i buy CAM SPROCKET AND CAM SHAFT for these engine give the information.
PLEASE HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I don't really see how a cam gear would be helpful with a single cam engine, unless you needed all the power within a specific rpm range.
