Steering Rack

Since I was in Sentra limbo when the guy was giving away the new steering rack on ebay, I'm stuck having to do somm with the
one I got. Both boots are shot and what grease is left is pretty crusty. So, time to rebuild or replace? Anyone ever dink with it? Looks like a PITA to remove, especially being power. Sure would have been easier to deal with while engine was out. On the last b12 I just slapped fresh axle grease on the gear and replaced the bellows. I wanna do this one proper so it lasts.

"the guy?" which? keep checking back, they may re-list it... OEM Surplus has LOTS of r&p's...
