LuCas Engine OiL??

Is Lucas really good...and helps the engine, and stops minor knockings?

Got a link to a site? I've heard of it but never bothered to try and find anything out about it. I'm thinking long and hard about running Synlube but I gotta justify to myself the rather steep price. Still would be nice never to have to change the oil again.

i've used their oil stabilizer in manual gear boxes, REALLY good for cold weather. i wouldn't use their stabilizer in engines, though, it aerates horribly... i think it would tend to froth badly in engines and such...

I use Lucas oil stabilizer in all my engines and have yet to wear out anything. All boils down to the condition of your oil pump.

I have been using Lucas oil products 4 about 7 years now.It all started when my 83 sentra had a rod knock I put some Lucas engine stabalizer in with oil and presto,7 years later,226,000 miles and she still ticks,i also used it in my tranny great stuff. It clings to metal with your oil so it doesn't wash down into the motor, makes a great assembly lube too,hey if 5,000 horse power turbo diesel pulling trucks use it why shouldn't we.
