You weld that up yourself? You did a pretty nice job. The FRAM air filter is a nice touch too

thanks, but the closer to the bar you get the worse the welds look. my welder isnt very powerful. better welder = better welds.

Still, that's alot more than most of us could do. Last time I welded anything was in high school shop class. Kudos to a job well done.

huge improvement is an understatement, the car feels sooo solid. night and day doesnt even do it. i feel very confident cornering as fast in the 88 as i do in our 02 ser, accept for the whole power difference. all you have to do is point the wheel and the turn in is very quick. my wife drove it and comented on how much more stable the car felt and she should know since she bought it new in 88. my next projects include a rear bar, and front/rear lower tie bars. also lets not forget a bar over the spare tiire well. for right now im going to play with the suspention. later on when we get a truck im probably turn the beberod into a dedicated track car with a roll cage and sr20det. then ill show all of my get a honda integra type r buddies huh? oh and btw, its real solid cause i used 1/16" tubing and 3/16" for the plates.

speaking of which, i saw one the other night my cousin and i were cruisin around in my chevy (funner car to cruise) and i stopped behind a Honda...well wait, the bumper says integra and it sure looks like intergra body...but it has "euro" lights and red and chrome honda badge....he must have a really fast car i mean the honda badge alone must add 20hp to an already good acura....but he wouldn't even try against my "old domestic pos" just thought i'd enlighten y'all with how sad some people are with their cars....use to be an old sentra that ran around town with skyline tailights and a gt-r badge
