The KYB AGX coilovers seem to be the best. Drop springs really don't do much considering the crappy struts the B12's come with.

Coilovers are ultimately better if you are wanting handling performance. You can vary the spring rates to get the best feel desired as well as adjusting ride height to corner weight the vehicle for better weight transfer. This is provided you upgrade your struts as well.

KYB AGX's are adjustable struts. They ar not coilovers. These should be used in conjunction with a good drop spring and are a definite with coilovers.
