Cluster Swap Anyone?

I could'nt pass it up. A complete 87 SE coup. I can't tell why it's even in the jy. So I grabbed the intrument cluster and about 10" of the harness w/connectors. It's for sale.

let's start the bidding at 30$ plus shipping. It has a 6K redline and the 105mph speedo, 212k on the odometer and has vreg and tripometer.

ya now why don't you try ripping out a pulser cluster. it has a 125 spdo,and a 7,8k tach not sure on the tach....

Actually, i pulled one out and set it next to the S cluster cuz like you said "125 spdo,and a 7,8k tach " but it's more of a rectangle shape and you would have big gaps to fill in on the bottom corners. Plus IDK bout the speedo cable/gearing/connections. But anything is possible.

well if your useing the ca18 it souldn't matter. you sould have to worrie about the wiring.. like that bugs you!

Come to think of it, if/when I do a CA18 swap, I'll have to change the cluster too cuz it'll have a different harness. Right?

Well if you use the ca18 and the tranny,harness etc. etc.
It sould pop right in and i think your right about the size but It sould screw into place .I'm not sure about the cluster cover for the the life of me i can't think of the name......well hope that helps? and if i 'm wrong someone correct me.
