Lithium Grease

Would a thin coat Lithium grease be a good lubricant for swaybars? You don't want to use a petrolium lube cuz it breaks down rubber. But what about lithium?

I don't know that lithium grease would be the best for bushings. Lithium grease is primarily for metal-to-metal applications.

Some silicone grease is what you need. It's designed to lube and condition rubber parts.

No, After cleaning the used kn13 bushings they dried out quite a bit and I used lithium grease. Just wondered if it was a bad mistake.

Well, I don't think the lithium grease will harm the rubber but it may break down in water. So living up in the NW it may wash out fairly quickly.
