turboing B-12 motor

What can this motor take, I have a project. Just need info on how much psi I can run, what needs upgraded (any fuel?) and what compression the motor is. It's a pretty small turbo, so I can imagine 5-10psi will do.

Is this your rally project? Will you be enterning it under SCCA rules? You'd have to run Group 5, max displacement (adjusted) to 5.1 litres. That's runnin' with the big dogs in a little Sentra.

you might want to get yourself costum pistons with 8:1 or lower comp ratio, and get that block oringed... i currently use the e16i intake manifold and TBI (lack of budget) and seem to run about fine ... im trying to relocate the maf sensor as i get some flat spot when i hit 0psi/vacuum ... out of air to calculate ...i run the 1.5 turbo engine tough.. all tweaked out too so it take the boost very fine... im talking with someone now whos going to take a look at my ECU to boost my fuel map so i can crank the boost to 9psi before the end of the summer ... i already saw a ga16i turbo once ... so i think you could probably be just fine as long as you dont crank it up to much !!l

lol , no no this is just a project I made a rally course on my property. Not going pro or anything, I'm just lookin to have a little fun with it.

Thanks that's what I needed to know. I'm probably going to push no more than 5psi. What is the factory compression?

Stock comp ratio of GA16i is 9.4:1. You should be ok with about 5 PSi of boost with a T25 turbo.

the guy i saw the ga16i turbo was using a ford probe turbo if it can help you !
