Well this happens to my car, but my locks froze many times this winter, so I don't know if it is the same problem as yours since you're in florida right?
I have exactly the same problem and I plan to tackle it when I get back in September. I suggest taking the inside panel off the door, and looking if anything is bent/worn out, then replacing those parts with others from a junkyard.

Yeah, I believe something got bent. I was able to open the door if I pulled from the handle towards in center of the door, but not the outside, and now it hardly opens no matter how I pull. Is there supposed to be any weather protection materials inside the door that keeps the door mechanisms from freezing up?
yes i live in florida. but they will open some times when i pull on the lever hard and fast the driver side rear door gives me more trouble then the passerenger side.

sounds like it mya be ur door pin bushings . check your door latches and if the rubber is worn off than thats a sure sign of your door pin bushings being worn or the actual pins being worn.
